Redlines are rep-facing and state-only: VA/WV/OH/MI 2.85, PA 2.90, IL 2.95. These are not the installer cost redlines used for company commission. Adders are subtracted after the split. Every sold job pays the rep at least $500, whether it went out under redline or the formula simply landed low — the company absorbs the difference, which is shown above so the real cost stays visible.
